Return and Refund
All our deliveries are free, with no minimum purchase. We ship to all countries in Europe, as well as the United States and Canada. The delivery time is 3 to 7 days depending on the location of the product and the destination of the order.
Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days after receipt of your package. If 15 days have passed since we received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item opened and used cannot be returned. To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Certain situations allow a partial refund:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
- First check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Trades
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective item for the same item, please email us at contact@gem-case.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver .
Shipping
To return a product, contact us at contact@gem-case.com to obtain the postal address of the shipment.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this. It is recommended to use a delivery service with a tracking number or to take out delivery insurance for items worth more than €75. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Detailed Return Policy
- Return conditions:
- You have 15 days from receipt of your package to return it to us.
- The labels must be attached to the item in the same manner upon receipt.
- The item must be new.
- Return process:
- Send the items to the address indicated on the returns form.
- Clearly indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange or voucher.
- Refunds:
- Upon receipt of the items, they will be inspected and refunded via the same payment method used for purchase.
- The maximum refund period is 10 days.
- Defective items:
- If a product is defective, it may be returned at our expense. Contact customer service at contact@gem-case.com to organize the return. No restocking fees will be applied.

Disputes – Mediation
Applicable law : This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute relating to an order, the customer must first contact Magasin Burkini to try to find an amicable solution, by email at the following address: contact@gem-case.com.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the possibility of submitting a request for amicable settlement through mediation. , within a period of less than one year from the written complaint to the professional.
Magasin Burkini has designated SAS Médiation Solution as a mediation organization for consumers, through registration registered under number 1674/2010.

Regardless of the method used, the request must contain:
- The postal address, telephone number and email address of the applicant,
- The name, address and SAS Médiation Solution registration number of the professional concerned,
- A brief statement of the facts. The consumer will specify to the mediator what he expects from this mediation and why,
- A copy of the previous complaint,
- All documents necessary for the investigation of the complaint (purchase order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
Online dispute resolution platform: In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission has established an online dispute resolution platform in order to facilitate the independent out-of-court resolution of online disputes between consumers and professionals in the European Union.
